Our staff are friendly, approachable and offer a high standard of care. They aim to be aware of all our children’s needs – dealing with them
individually and appropriately. All staff are committed to our adopted policies. We have up to four members of staff per session, complying with statutory required ratios. As well as gaining qualifications in early years care and education, our staff take part in further training to help keep up-to-date with best practice and research in early years care and education.
